At Chaitranga, every saree is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure the best quality reaches our customers.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

 

To process your request, a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory. The video must clearly show the product and the issue reported.

 

Requests without valid video evidence may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Exchange / Refund Process

 

After verification of the issue, we may offer:

 

* Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or

* Refund to the original payment method if replacement is not possible.

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Important Notes

 

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

* Products showing signs of use, washing, alterations, tampering, or missing tags will not be eligible.

* Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.

* Slight weaving irregularities, thread pulls, or natural variations in handloom fabrics are characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered damage.
